Once a year at College of DuPage, they would held Portfolio night where students who takes Portfolio Seminar class showcase their work on Identity, Packaging, Illustration, Web, and Communication Design. Since there was a competition for each student to create their own individual portfolio poster.
I wanted to create a colorful abstract art after inspiration of a music festival poster style and other art fest. To make this design communicate with the title, I brought up the tagline "Ideas In All Shapes And Sizes" because every work that we make either on paper, digital art, or creating a layout for web or other format, it would always come in a different shape or size.
